WE NEED YOU! To Help End Childhood Hunger

 We Need You…

Remember that call to action for the old Army ads? Well we have a new mission for that statement and a powerful army to build in joining us in ending childhood hunger. For the second year we have joined up with Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign to combat this by 2015.

Now, how do we do that? We need to enlist you, our followers and guests to getting your favorite restaurants to get on board with helping raise money for the No Kid Hungry campaign. The bigger the army the best chance we have of raising the projected 3 Million dollar goal for the Dine Out program.

Why are we asking you to speak to our competition and other restaurants? Because it’s not about competition in this matter it’s about collaboration. There are no boarders between us and other restaurants when it comes to making a difference. There is no room for selfishness, only the bottom line results we can achieve together.
On June 21st we will be joining a national Tweet-Up raising awareness for The Dine Out. We will be tweeting under the hashtag #nokidhungry in an effort to get on the boards as a trending subject. We need you to RT our alerts to your Twitter followers to get them on board and raise awareness.
We can’t do it alone. We are stronger together.

The person that get’s the most of their followers to Re-Tweet to their followers using your twitter handle, the #nokidhungry hashtag and @freshandco in the subject line wins lunch for you and 3 of your friends at any Fresh & Co.! The more they Re-Tweet that info the more points you get! Simple. We will track it from this end.

Then in September during the Dine Out program we will be raising money in our store through specially selected products where the proceeds will go to Share Our Strength. Just with the purchase of one of our salads or sandwiches will be enough to feed between 65-80 children.
