Happy Friday! This week we are featuring watermelon radishes for Farm Fresh Friday in our salad bars. Our good friends at Satur Farms are bringing these to us. Watermelon radishes are excellent raw and in a salad, but also roasted or pickled. They are also milder and sweeter than a regular radish, and of course, have a gorgeous bright pink color.
