Hey all! We are at it again with Satur Farms for Farm Fresh Friday this week! We have yummy and delicious pea shoots. I know what your thinking, pea shoots? What are those? But trust us, they are terrific! Pea shoots have fresh and tender leaves, as well as seven times more Vitamin C than blueberries! Give them a try in one of our stores this week, we think you'll be glad you did :)

I love tender pea shoots sauteed with garlic, and will have to try them in a salad. Some Chinese restaurants make it even if it isn't on the menu, just ask for "dou miau" (Cantonese).
