For our first Farm Fresh Friday of 2012, we brought back an old favorite! Carnival cauliflower was featured in our salad bars back in early November from Satur Farms. This veggie was such a HUGE hit, so we wanted to bring it again in case you missed it last time. Carnival cauliflower will be an awesome addition to your salad with its beautiful bright colors, and of course, since it is full of vitamins and minerals.
